Not many people know about this, why bc the Gov keeps it Hidden. This would solve so many issues. Get informed & Get involved!!!!!

Great post! I do know each state has some options pertaining to the ACA. I do not know if they are to accommodate the McCaren Ferguson Act, or if the ACA is still an overreach. The New plan being ran through congress may also not be within the law of the act as well. Interesting.

that law was repealed.

In February 2010, the House of Representatives voted 406-19 to repeal the McCarran–Ferguson Act with regard to health insurance.

The "1945 McCaren Ferguson Act" can't be repealed, because it doesn't exist (and never did)! Kinda like your brain ... it can't be removed if there is nothing to remove. You're about as bright as the provider in the Houston forum who said she had never seen a "bed bug"!
