How do I get a featured showcase?

I already payed for the banner placement because I wanted to try it out. Now I'm curious about the featured showcase, I might prefer that over the banner.

That's like winning the lottery. It's just a random rotation that is free. You don't have any control over it. I've only seen my profile featured 1 time in 7 years.
