provider returning

A former verified provider asked me about this. She was on the board as a VP a year ago. Wants to start back up. Assuming she remembers her handle and password, what will she need to do to regain her VP status? Her old reviews are still.here. Will her old show case return when she get VP status back?

she can send a PM to any local MOD or she can use the contact us at the bottom of the page or she can send an email to dallas@eccie.net or she can send an email to websupport@eccie.net requesting her VP status be reinstated and yes her showcase will become visible again.
