where is RTM button?

If iIhave placed an ad, then want to remove it (within one hour of placing it), a mod told me I can remove the ad by clicking the "RTM button---but WHERE is the RTM button?

My understanding was you can edit the content of a post within an hour but not remove it entirely. A mod can remove a post at any time I understand but they are very reluctant to do so without a very good reason.
