Showcase issues

I am trying to redo my showcase and add different pictures and other information. When I click upload or change my profile picture and click Save at the bottom...it takes me to a page that says Eccie is unable to handle this request please try again later. Am I doing something wrong? I have never had this issue.

A couple of things come to mind.

Storage space is very finite on Eccie for each member.

If the Photos from your original Showcase are still in the showcase, then some of the old photos should be deleted.

Additionally, allowable photo sizes differs for each format used.

Try resizing the photos and posting them to the showcase again.

Lastly, it could have been bandwidth issue somewhere between your computer and the Eccie servers.

I did delete the old photos from my showcase and deleted the entire showcase when it wouldn't go through. I will try resizing the photos. And hopefully the bandwidth issue has been figured out.

I figured it out. I resized my photos. Thank you for responding and letting me know what I was doing wrong.
