Corpus Christi Social

So just thought I would float this out there and ask if there was a possibility of a social ever happening again here in Corpus?

Anything's possible. The hard part is finding people willing to organize it and hotties willing to attend.

Hombre, it's basically a party. Folks getting together -- not an orgy.

Just attended one in SA last night. Very cool and laid back time to meet the community in a non-threatening environment.

Need to find a bar that has a separate room.

I'm in maybe I will reach out and see how much it takes to coordinate one and see about getting some energy behind this!!!!! I am going to check with a few that have coordinated them in the past and see if we can get enough commitments to work on this. Will need some help!!!!

The reason I quit hosting these gatherings was because it was easy to say yes I will be there and then when the event occurred only a small fraction of those that RSVP'd would show up. At the last one I had over 40 guys and close to 20 gals RSVP and at the social there were maybe 6 to ten guys at any time and a couple of girls. Mr Smith and I spend some cash to put it together. We were expecting to at least break even but that did not happen. There is no public venue here in Corpus Christi to have a private gathering. We used to use a strip club here for the start of the event and then move to a private place to continue but that was not the strip club was not the best venue. That is why I rented a condo/house in Padre Island for the night. For everyone's safety screening has to be done on everyone.

And remember, ECCIe does not promote events like this. Whomever is going to host an event like this may post an announcement about the event but then the thread is immediately closed for no further comment. The host will then communicate with everyone via PM or preferably email.

There seems to be some interest in having one in Corpus Christi.

Would be interested in 8-4 if this can be put together
