The greatest court opinion of the year, possibly of all time!

I absolutely love every bit of this opinion! It's not very long, nor written in "legalese" so I hope you all read it.

Judge Hughes is okay in my book!

i find it interesting that the court ordered the government to also pay for the defendants attorney costs and court fees. I wish the courts would also do that if they deem a trial to be a frivolous suit.

Justice still prevails in the USA!

They also should have had to pay the 1500.00 plus that they were out for hotel and re-booking fees.

I love Powerline, those guys are awesome and informative. Great during the election season.
