Clearly the New York State court of appeals is corrupt, and likely was paid off by Trump's cronies.

It could be they didn’t wish to be rebuked by the Supreme Court when the 8th and 14th Amendment concerns come up before SCOTUS.

How does the lowered bond requirement affect Mr. Trump ?

The lowering of the bond amount by the New York court of appeals does not appear to have anything related to the 8th Amendment in the 2 page decision.....although I have not read it.


Possibly some news will come out soon what swayed the appeals court to make this decision.....about a
62% reduction.
