The governor said next week some businesses can open with caution (social distancing).
Curious what clubs will reopen and how do we practice social distancing in the club? Should I wear a mask?
Bars and clubs are not among the first group of businesses to reopen.
The reopening is going to happen in phases. In the first phase, state parks are reopened, elective surgeries are allowed, and retail stores for non-essential services can go to a deliver or curbside service. Customers cannot go inside non-essential stores. This does not apply to stores that have been ruled essential services that have never closed during the quarantine. Rules for restaurants and bars will not be changed. That means restaurants can do take out and delivery, and bars and clubs will be closed. By federal guidelines released last week by President Trump, bars and clubs are among the last category of businesses that will be reopened. So we are probably looking at least a few weeks before any clubs are reopened. Even when they reopen, social distancing rules may apply which implies no private dances within six feet.
^^^^^^^^^This deserves a sticky for being an informative, comprehensive, non-snarky, and mature response to a likely sincere question.
If this is the "new normal" I'm down with it, but otherwise the Wu Han coronavirus absolutely sucks.
Opening date still pending?
Saint James is opening Friday at 25%, following CDC social distancing guidelines & discouraging private dances.
Bucks wild is open. Just left there about an hour ago
The Ritz will be open on Friday too. The club is so big that even on weekend nights it is rarely close to 25% capacity so I don't think anything will change except for employees and some customers wearing masks. I don't know if lap dances will be allowed but I'm betting if you are in VIP it will be possible.
Treasures is opening on Friday too. No one know what the new normal will be like. I'm sure that it will be a lot of questions to be answered.
She sits at one table with a mask on, and you sit at another table with a mask on, sipping your drink with a straw through the side of your mask .....something tells me this isn't going to be much fun as you converse by yelling at each other over the music ..... no touching, no lapdances ..... but at least you can use your phone to exchange numbers for possible OTC .....

Heartbreakers also opens up on Friday. My favorite waitress will give me the information on how things are going to work.

Just got home from Heartbreakers. Only salaried employees had to wear masks. No restrictions on dances. Basically, it's the wild wild west again.
Went to Ritz last night. Pretty much same as pre-lockdown experience. Waitresses and bartenders wearing masks, but dancers did not. Stage tipping and lap dances were normal. No standing or sitting at the bars was allowed. Every other table is enforced to be non-occupied. Same number of dancers as usual.
