I'm having an issue with reviews being readily linked to my profile. They are recent (1-3 days old) but they don't show up on my review list. Another client's review went up without a hitch a few weeks ago while another mentioned that his review was "lost". I've contacted Eccie but haven't gotten a response back. Is there a specific way for clients to review? Please help.
