Are the girls in Jaco worth staying there for?

I would like to go to Costa Rica to Hobby and fish. I want to fish during the day and hobby at night. I can get cheap lodging in Jaco but is it worth staying there for the hobbying?

Comments and advice would be appreciated.
Yes. I stayed at the Cocal in October. It has either condo or hotel. The condo is a little expensive unless there a several to share the cost. The hotel rooms are newly renovated and are clean. There is a small casino at the hotel and the chicas come by the casino and the tiki bar in the late afternoon. There was enough action coming to the hotel that we didn't even go to the Beetlebar. There is a bakery around the corner and several restaurants close by the hotel. The Beetlebar can be a pain in the ass. It is dark and the chicas are too aggressive. It makes it difficult to check out everyone before deciding who to take with you. At the Tiki bar you can sit and have a drink without any pressure. The fishing is very good in Jaco.

The Cocal doesn't have a guest fee, but the Copacabana does ($25).
The Cocal does take the girls Passport for your protection.

What is the Cocal near? Can you walk straight to the main drag from there without any hazard?

The Cocal is close to the center of things, perhaps a 10-minute walk from the restaurants, banks, laundry, etc. It's not shown on Google Maps, but it's very near the MasxMenos Grocery.

It's certainly safe enough at most times, though I'd consider a cab if it's very late. But that's true of most of CR.

I stayed at the Hotel Poseidon for a few nights (also no chica fee) and while the location and restaurant were great I thought that the rooms were a bit lacking for the price.
The Cocal guy quoted me $135 a night. That seems kind of high for Costa Rica. I would have stayed at some of the cheap hotels, but I wanted a room with a safe. I didn't know if those other cheaper hotels had a safe. Plus this seems a bit more secure.

Reviews say the breakfast sucks.

I'll give a report when I am back.

get a condo from this guy, do anything you want
80 a night if you stay awhile, or 100 if not

The Beetle Bar is so dark it's more like a glory hole - you'll find something soft and wet you just don't get to see it?
Yea, the girls in Jaco are 100% worth it. You get a HUGE mixing pot. The hottest girls will be found around the Cocal Pool (around 5pm-7pm) then they all spread out after that between Beetle Bar and Monkey Bar. But, BY FAR, the hottest ones, that are semi pros, hang out at a Club/Bar Called Le Loft, smoking hot girls there, Models.
