Proper forum for NCNS alert?

Unfortunately instead of having had a nice experience to review, I have an unpleasant NCNS to alert the community to.

Can a Houston moderator please post the proper place to air out the dirty laundry?

I'm not a mod but I think either the Men's Lounge or the Independent Review section is probably a good idea. If you do the Indy Review section don't use the Review format, just post the NCNS in a regular thread.

Post it in the men's lounge, that would be much better
