I sent an email to one of the moderators a couple days ago and still am waiting on a reply....
If i use to be a provider in another city but "retired" for a couple of years, what do i need to do to become verified again??

send a request to dallas@eccie with your "retired" info and they will take care of you

Send it from the same e-mail account you used when the old account was created.
