Visiting Las Vegas soon. A few questions?

I will be visiting Las Vegas around the end of this month. I know there is a lot of competition with the dancers, strip rollers, and all the other verified providers. I have a few questions...

1. What sites are used in Nevada ( Las Vegas) ? I have Eccie,P411, and TER.
Is there any different sites I should try?

2. I am also thinking of visiting some of the cities around Las Vegas.
Which cities surrounding Las Vegas are good for work?

3. What areas of Las Vegas should a working women stay in & avoid?
