Need premium upgrade for review I submitted

I have already emailed the state moderator and the main admin. I posted a review about a week ago. Still have not received upgrade.

Can anyone help me?

Hate to be the first one to tell a member here since 2011 making his first two posts, but:

-- looks like you either did not hit the post "new review" button or you seriously effed up in editing the form or you created your own form.

Either way, the review certainly lacks some critical details about the provider.

And, however you posted it, the ROS is open to the public.

PS The new review shows "pending moderation" The first review never had this so I guess I did it the correct this time.
