Amp vs Provider

I've been to an Amp, about half a dozen times. I'm thinking of switching it up and finding a provider but I've never seen one before.

How does a typical hour go with a provider, vs an amp? I did a quick search but didn't notice anything. Feel free to point me to any threads I may have missed.

Thanks

There is not too much difference, for the most part, both watch the clock, may or may not have a shower and the over all session is about the same. I am sure others can come up with more, but a few differences: you can pick a provider you want to see from the 100s out there as opposed to the handful that an AMP has to offer, you will probably be able to do you session on a bed rather than a massage table and a provider can provide you a reference to see other providers while an AMP will not give references via phone or email.
