HELP Please...........

when i try to add a thread as a provider it tells me i dont have permission to access this because my account hasnt been activated but my account has been activated and ive triple checked it to make sure. what do i do? id like to post a thread asap so please help me with this issue. thank you!!!

You can't post an ad as a provider because you have not gone through the process of getting verified yet.
