ROS=Rest Of the Story. A "private" portion of a review that can only be seen by members with Premium Access.

Premium access is granted if you write a review of your session with a provider that is accepted by the Moderators as meeting the required criteria.

Another way to get Premium access is by paying a fee to get it.
