I saw her a while back and she was basic. Doesn't really like to provide GFE even though she says she is. Heard from others that she's hit and miss. YMMV but odds don't seem great.
She's real. Her photos are, shall we say, optimistic.
I mean that's really her, and as far as I know they're relatively recent. But she's a lot rougher in person.
