what can happen if provider is talking trash?

I tried to schedule appt. with shelby,pm and she responded call to set appt. I called and for some reason she couldn't grasp some one from out of town would call for appt. Now I saw my name under alerts that I'm a loser douchebag. How is this going to effect my future?

You can go into the alerts thread and post your account of the events. Usually, when both parties have responded, we will wait just a bit for rebuttle and then close the alert.
