Any way to block or mute certain users?

Dallas AMP section is littered with sock puppet shill accounts and I was wondering if there was a way for me to block or mute them?

You might try this. Look in the left column under Main Menu. Click User CP. On the User Control Panel select Edit Ignore List and add the names you want to ignore. I haven't used it, but seems logical to me.
