how to get messages by pm only?

when I pm'd a new client, my message showed up on his WORK e-mail,
rather than pm on eccie
--he apparently somehow set up his " how to contact" wrong"-
-how can he change it so that he gets my pm's on eccie ONLY,
NOT on his work e-mail--
-told him I would find out for him how to do this

Have him contact the staff
