I will be in Albuquerque this Friday thru Sunday. I was hoping to get some recommendations for some authentic New Mexican cuisine? I have lots of options where I live for Mexican food - so something that's only found here in Albuquerque. I read about El Pinto which looks fantastic - so similar options to that would be great! Would love to hear some suggestions.
I tried out Farm and Table- it's locally grown, raised food. Enjoyed it immensely- red chile yumm!
I wouldn't say its the most representative of New Mexican cuisine. And thought I'd throw it out for you to consider!

Enjoy!

I like Los Cuates, Cecilias, Sophias, and Garcias.

Los cuates for price and good taste.
El Pinto actually pretty good IMHO. Eloy's, La Salita, Modelos, Tito and Mary's, The Range has great Huevos Rancheros, and many of the street roach truck vendors have very good food also. (I know hard to believe, but they do)
Mary and Titos, Bruno's, Sadies... Any of the above mentioned places. There is a lot of good hot food here. Our local courtesan's are hot too, maybe check one out!
