A provider has asked me to take down a comment, I reported it through the thread reporting tool, is there any thing else I can do?

You really can't. Once a post is up, unless it violates core guidelines, it usually stays up.
If it reveals some tidbit of info that might actually compromise her real world identity or safety, then you have an argument. You can report it again, but you may have more luck PMing a mod directly, linking to the post, and stating specifically why it should be deleted. Unless you have an awfully valid reason, however, it will remain.
If you're talking about a review, nope, it won't be pulled. Providers advertising on ECCIE are not allowed a no-review policy even if they request such reports not be written, and if she isn't a member, she still has no standing whatsoever in the eyes of a board committed to info sharing and critique of ladies working in the adult industry. If she's a licensed massage therapist, say, and you wrote a review on a hooker board about her, that could jeopardize her certificate, so again, you could contact a mod and explain, but if she's offering and promoting other activities, advertising on a site that can in any way be seen as Hobby-related, oh, well.
