When/Where can I post weekly

I am a little confused about the weekly ad posting guideline & wanted clarification to avoid infraction. I posted my first weekly ad this month on /Friday. Does this mean I can’t post again until after 7 days have gone by ? Or can I post once per week , meaning the week restarts on each Monday? I apologize in advance to those who will view this condescendingly and ask that you guys don’t leave a rude or harsh reply , even if you feel that way. Thanks

You can post an ad every 7 days.
If you post in a given city on Friday , you can’t post in that city until the following friday.
