I just found a review about myself on the independent provider form,
How do I link the review to mines?

If it has been posted for less than 3 days or so just be patient, it can take some time for moderators to work through the queue.

If it has been longer than that feel free to send us a PM or RTM it (little red and white triangle on every post). Occassionally one does get assigned to the wrong provider.
