Pictures

I've had issues uploading photos before....this time I can't change my photo in my showcase or add photos in my showcase. Also, when I start a thread I can not upload a photo... Says error. I have no attachments I've cleared them. I tried uploading from my iPad and an android...which both devices take me to the full website.
