Message about review

At the top of my review there is a message that it does not meet the criteria - encounter took place more than 30 days ago. Does this mean I don't get credit toward an extension of my premium acces? Why doesn't the message go away? Why is the review not listed in the provider's profile?

Because we haven't gotten around to assigning it to her profile yet
