Anyone know who or what this is?

I was going through the Dom and Fetish pages on backpage and came across the following ad with attractive activities and high quality photography.

Googling the phone number revealed a few similar ads in Oklahoma, but nothing more.

Very attractive list of activities and very hot pictures and illustrations for one of my tastes. Probably TGTBT I suppose, but do any of you know anything about whether this is a person, or an organization, or a come on for something besides 1:1 D/s?

i google search on the number shows an ad from oklahoma city using the same number. that ad had a lot of stolen pictures accoeding to tineye.
this ad also had stolen pics according to tineye.
my advice is avoid

Ummmmm.... Can I just say, how much I love this picture. The guy dressed as a maid while the nude woman applies lip stick, super hot!
