It keeps saying respond in 20569 sec's wth anyone having this issue?

Sorry to hear about your troubles, DM, but you may need to do a little troubleshooting to determine the exact nature of the problem.
See if you can send messages to someone else and if you can then the problem is not with transmission on your side, but reception on the other end.
