Dungion and/or Props?

Pretty sure I know the answer but thought I'd ask anyway.

In thinking about doing a photo shoot with a Dominatrix, and lacking the proper venue and props, are there any "dungeons" available to rent for a shoot? How about quality props?

It's not a money making deal, just a fun shoot so I can't break the bank.

Also, since you took the time to read this, what sort of photos work well for a lady providing such services vs the typical showcase?
