XTC - do dancers get a cut of VIP fees?

Title. Do the ladies who "convince" me to get a VIP band get anything out of it other than higher base prices for dances in VIP? If not, is there any advantage at all to having the girl upsell you on a vip band to go back there vs. just buying it at the door?

I'm guessing they don't, but since they charge 2x ($20 vs $10) as much per dance per song back there, it's just simple economics for them to get you back there. Then once there, they'll try to sell you on the private cabana for an additional $70, though I doubt they get anything from that either.

From what I been told is no they don't, managers on the other hand do get something out of it and the cabanas but not sure if it's like a spiff of each individual sale or bonus based on the month

I asked couple ladies in VIP same question and they said they don't. It's just the dances in VIP are $20 and they can make good money. One thing I have learnt is to get dances in VIP eho is with that club for long time. They generally give good service. Most of the good looking go by the script in VIP as well
