The provider report (established 2008) which bought phxasp has closed its doors. It sites present activity in industry such as the SF Redbook take down. Just posting this as a FYI and to see what other people think of the present climate here and in other cities.

New AZ HB2454 just went into effect 90 days after passage. It is all over local media.

Basically, class 5 FELONY which applies to "customers" and could include websites/owners.

Presumptive sentence is 1.5 yrs in prison but range for minimum to max of .75 - 2 yrs and up to $150,000 fine (surcharge)

If under aged (rare 10% of arrests) is a class 2 felony with very long prison terms.

In addition to the all escort and massage ads in all of AZ required to have escort or massage license numbers.

Applies to adults but huge hype about children and human trafficking with billboard from local sports stars etc. $Millions going into goal of eliminating all commercial sex in Arizona to save everyone.

Media billing it as "One of the nation's toughest laws against human trafficking went into effect in Arizona on Thursday." This of course is the scam, since includes private consenting adults.
