I am just starting out, very interested in being on the upper end of the spectrum, and have been talking to an agency that suggests I should take their prescribed donation at the start of the appointment and then tell the client that in order to have a really hot show (anything over company) my tips start at no less than $1500. Does anyone other than me find this odd?
