I don't think the President can pardon state crimes
The Supreme Court ruled in 1915 that accepting a pardon is also an admission of guilt of the original crime. A sex offender might then be better off taking their lumps and professing their innocence.
OP, apply to the Governor of your state or the Board of Pardons and Parole if you're in TX. As another member pointed out, sex crimes are NOT federal crimes (in most cases) they are state crimes. The President does not have the authority to pardon state crimes, the Governor of your state has that authority.
