For ye landlubbers, today is International Talk Like A Pirate Day.
Tonight at Opal Divine's Penn Field, there's the annual pirate costume contest (male/female), along with a Wench Auction (I don't think you get to outcall, though), and music by the Jolly Garogers and the Swishbucklers. (The Garogers play pretty good classic/garage rock, and the Swishbucklers...well, you'll sail on a gay pirate cruise with some distinctly non-gay musicians wearing eyeliner and such.)
