Fed Plans Dollar Devaluation

CuteOldGuy's Avatar
The Fed announced plans to devalue the dollar by 33% over the next 20 years. Did we get to vote on this? No. Did Congress get to vote on this? No. Does the President have a voice in this? No.

It is time to End the Fed. Our economy needs to be run for us, not for the member banks of the Fed. Devaluing the dollar results in inflation, which is a hidden tax due to the actions of government (the Fed). Yet no one gets a vote, or a say, unless you are a banker. This is bullshit.

I once asked a sitting US Senator who the most powerful person in Washington DC was. Without hesitation, he said "The Chairman of the Federal Reserve."

Not only is it a tax but it steals your retirement savings and all savings.
Then under Obama you will get to pay a much higher tax rate.
Not really much different than defaulting on our obligations.

I believe the dollar was devalued during Nixon's reign.
Wait wasn't that what we were accusing China of doing?

Why don't you post some info that details how much revenue the tax cuts took from the government, and how much the wars cost?

And increasing the taxes on "the rich" isn't going to accomplish squat.
