Currently there is a forum for Chicago, but Illinois as a whole actually has a good scene. Springfield has a great AMP scene. Peoria is hit or miss but action happens. It would likely take some time to get up and going but could we either change the Chicago forum to an Illinois forum or get an additional Illinois forum?
