why no 'AVAILABLE NOW" thread?

i still cannot understand why eccie will not just allow an "AVAILABLE NOW" FORUM FOR THE GIRLS TO POST TIMES AVAILABLE-
-NO PRICES, NO SERVICES, JUST TIMES
---AT LEAST WOULD MAKE IT MUCH EASIER FOR THE GUYS TO FIND GIRLS

here are a couple of definitions for advertisement from dictionary.com and as you see neither definition mentions, rate or service.

2. a public notice, especially in print.
3. the action of making generally known; a calling to the attention.
