Where to Post a Review

I can't find where to go to post a review?
Please help.

At the top of each of the review sub forums you'll see a "New Review" button. Click it and fill out the template.

How do I go about requesting Premium access after posting review?

No need to request it, reviews go into a queue for moderation after which credit will be automatically assigned if the review is accepted.
