The Fed should also buy stock, then sell it when times improve.

Otherwise, crooks will steal much of the money.

Really? And you think CNN or MSNBC is going to list all the stuff that has nothing to do with getting money to workers and businesses? You'll have to go to FOX news to get a list of all the misc. crap in the bill "IF" what Fox is reporting is true but it sounds exactly like what Democrats would do.
