As a newbie, how do I become familiar with all of the slang and acronyms?

Is there some sort of a guide or something so when I read reviews I can have a better idea of what actually happened? I've figured some of them out through common sense like BBBJ and CIM but the rest of them are just a little confusing. Thanks!
