Referring to flight 370: if it turns out that all on board are someday confirmed dead and IF the cause is not accidental, insurance companies would not have to pay any claims relating to policies that collect premiums for the death of a person or persons on such a flight! This assumes that the plane was taken over by terrorists or it is one of those pilot suicide scenarios. Anyone have any thoughts or expertise in this area?

Every policy is different.
Most of the passengers were Chinese.
Most, if not all middle income Chinese don't carry insurance.
Maybe I'm dense but what the fuck does the post just above this one have to do with my original question???
There are so many theorists on CNN and Fox.
Some say it was a fire on board.
Okay...where is the debris field?
Terrorists?
Really?
Where do you hide a plane?
Passengers as prisoners...doubtful.
The plane is worth 57 million dollars US.
No one is going to know until some group claims responsibility, or debris washes up on a beach somewhere.
