The Phelps I believe they are referring to is the hate mongrel who formed the Westboro Baptist Church that which claims God hates fag. Apparently that is the only sin in Bible and God is punishing America for its acceptance on homosexual rights.

Good thing for him that their is no mention of sexual immorality in the Bible or statically 60% his church would have issue since in a recent study that is the percent of Christians with pornography on their computers.
