It is Never okay to just show up at someones apartment. I just had an eccie member I have seen 1 time show up after I told him 2 times that I was not available before noon with out advance booking. Seriously your going to show up whenever you feel like it.. I have a personal life and how dare you put that in jeopardy. Do you want me to show up at your house? When someone says no that means no. Unless your given a yes im available, an address or exact time to show up...do not ever think its ok to just stop by.
Thats not good maybe a alert would be an order if he had the nerve to show up like that what else might he do. out him. And i am glad you are safe.

Who on earth would think that is OK? Seems stupidity knows no bounds...

I will never cease to be amazed at the amount of crap you ladies have to deal with. Frankly it makes me appreciate what each of you does even more.

I would like more details...was he confused regarding etiquette? That is the ONLY acceptable answer.

No means no...

Keep in mind I have seen this member before he better know the etiquette. He messaged me and said are you available at blah time. I said no advance notice required before noon. He said ok ill just head over. I said no..You asked if im available and i responded no advance notice is required for appointments before noon. He said oh ok sorry. Then I didnt hear anything then an hour later wtf he showed up.
Terrible thing to have happened. But it sounds like he just couldn't understand that you said "No. Advanced notice required before noon!" and he might have thought you said "No advenced notice required before noon." In which case, he just appeared.

My guess is if he uses the same user name, his chances of getting to meet other girls just went down by 50%

The little bit I typed makes it appear that way but since we cant disclose a conversation on the board so it was a summary. I have the full conversation. If he misunderstood or not.." advance notice required before noon" means you have to give me notice it doesnt say just pop in with out an appointment. You do not have an appointment if a time and address have not been given or confirmed.

I require notice on all appointments before noon. Says so in my ads.

So for him to change my words advanced noticed required into no notice required thats his fault..

No advance notice does not equal no appointment necessary two totally different things.
