If you send a pm to a banned person will they still get it. Is it usually for a limited time? I tried to send a pm to a banned provider but it does not show up on my sent messages list.

If you send a PM to someone that is banned, they will not receive the message.
The banned member cannot log-in unit the ban is lifted.

But, if you find their reviews they often contain contact info outside ECCIE, i.e. email, website or phone number. Another option is P411. Join P411 and PM from there! Last option, if you can't find contact info PM me or Still Looking - between us we've fucked every provider worth seeing south of Dallas!
