So can this be done?

I was thinking of a little contest. Have the ladies write a short essay on why they need/want breast argumentation and the winner gets a new set of tits (on me up to 10k).

Of course have myself and two other members as judges for the contest to keep it fair with payout in cash and have one of our mods here do the hand over.

So is it possible?

And no strings attached just a little written word competition for the Arkansas ladies.

Sure, but you better not pick 2 of Ginger's best friends. I would hate to see your manganous gesture go to your bitter rival. Of course you are safe with Brit as she already has a great set. I know Trinity was looking for a way to finance a pair, IIRC.
