Laredo Visit

Hi guys
So I have finally worked up the guts to visit Laredo. lol
I have been visiting the Valley for a long time now and still haven't been to Laredo yet.
(Which really sucks should I mention )
I would like to know when is the best time of week to visit?
Also some good hotels or areas.
That's only if your ready to have some freaky fun with me
