Why am I seeing this message when im trying to post a new thread?.. Please someone help!

Depends on what you are trying to do.
If I were to guess you are trying to post an ad in the provider ad forums but your account does not have provider status, so you will get that message.
I did a check and you had lost your providers status due to inactivity, you must log in once every 90 days., I have restored your provider status for you.
