Why did the fonts change suddenly?

I noticed a font change suddenly when I changed between screens. I logged out, logged back in, looked right, and then when I went to a different screen, the fonts changed again.

Should I be concerned? Is it me, (I do need to go get my eyes checked) or is it you all, or is it just irrelevant?

Please advise.
